MS Degree in Structures is preferred.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of related experience, 3-5 years of which are in supervisory position. Possess extensive knowledge of bridge design for California highway and rail transit projects. A California Professional Registration (PE) is required. Must have the ability to lead a design team; supervise, coordinate, and review the work of staff engineers and technicians; estimate personnel needs, schedule and assign work to meet completion date; and represent the Company in meetings with the Client.
