What We Support

We advance the structural engineering profession through strategic investments in research, dissemination of technical knowledge, and support for future engineers. The SEAOC Foundation in 2024 donated $10,000 toward the NCSEA's Artificial Intelligence initiative, to help develop a strategic plan for the the use of AI in Structural Engineering. In addition, the Foundation provided $10,000 to support further definition of Special Wind Zones in California.
