Sponsor the Growth of Structural Engineering in California

Every thriving organization requires continued investment towards its future. The profession of Structural Engineering and SEAOC, charged with advancing that profession, are no different. The SE Pathways to the Profession program ensures the association and profession remain vibrant and relevant by empowering next-generation leadership. As Pathways Cohort members gain connectivity with peers and mentors their engagement in and passion for their chosen profession are strengthened. As mentees become mentors and mentors become leaders, the ranks of our profession and firms gain depth and stability. Leaders with empathy for those being led powerfully impact expectations and outcomes, creating more prepared and able project engineers and managers.

Sponsoring the SE Pathways Program establishes you as a forward thinking investor in the future. Whether sponsoring an individual Cohort Member or underwriting a special event or Convention program, your sponsorship pays dividends by providing young practitioners with resources to ensure they are prepared to meet the needs of an ever changing profession. Sponsorship opportunities include sending a Cohort participant to the annual SEAOC Convention, underwriting personal and professional growth training, and creating opportunities for cohort members to remain connected throughout the year; to name a few.

Sponsorships are considered charitable contributions when made through the SEAOC Foundation’s Pathways to the Profession Fund.  Sponsors are recognized during the SEAOC Convention and throughout the year.
