Apply for the 2025 Cohort

SEAOC is pleased to present an opportunity for structural engineering students and early-career professionals to participate in the fourth SE Pathways Cohort kicking off at the 2025 SEAOC Convention in San Diego, CA, Sept. 3-5.

The Cohort will meet with several members of the 2022 - 2024 cohorts in continued conversations between engineering students, early-career professionals and other practicing engineers to share ideas on enhancing the pathways into and through the profession of structural engineering in California.

Most importantly, cohort members will help shape the future of Structural Engineering in California.
